POLICE SPOT FUGITIVE Today at 2:25 am patrol officers arrested Thomas Gordon Kennedy, age 19, of no fixed address and charged him with two counts of breach of probation, impersonation with intent and unlawfully at large.

Today at 2:25 am patrol officers arrested Thomas Gordon Kennedy, age 19, of no fixed address and charged him with two counts of breach of probation, impersonation with intent and unlawfully at large. While investigating a break and enter to a residence on Chartwell Drive, officers began questioning a male they had located in the area.

The male verbally identified himself as Gordon Thomas. Further investigation revealed that he was really Thomas Kennedy. He was wanted by the Police Service for breaching his probation. In July of 2002, Kennedy was required to be at the District Jail on Saturday morning and be released at Sunday night. Having failed to show up at the jail, a warrant was issued for his arrest. He is scheduled to appear in bail court today.


CAR PASSENGER ARRESTED
At 1:55 am today, patrol officers checked a vehicle on Albert St. near March St. A passenger in the vehicle verbally identified himself as Chris Madson. Officers recognized the passenger to be Wesley Halla
