On April 8, 2015 at 12:15pm 28 year old Gregory PARR of Cathcart Street stole an air connector valued at $7.99. The accused left a local store failing to pay for the concealed item. The accused was arrested by store security and police were called.

On April 8, 2015 at 12:15pm 28 year old Gregory PARR of Cathcart Street stole  an air connector valued at $7.99. The accused left a local store failing to pay for the concealed item. The accused was arrested by store security and police were called. The accused has been charged with one count of theft and will appear in court on 

On April 7, 2015 at 7:45 p.m., officers from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 28-year-old Donald Jordan of no fixed address. When dealing with the accused officers found him to be intoxicated. The accused was on two bail recognizances both with a condition not to consume alcohol. The accused was also under house arrest and was not to be in public. Jordan has been charged with three counts of breaching his recognizance and will appear in bail court on April 8.

On April 7, 2015 at 11 p.m., Sault Ste Marie police officers were called to a north end group home to investigate a missing iPod mini. Investigation revealed that a 15-year-old male resident had broken into a locked room and stolen the iPod. Workers in the group home contacted police after identifying the young offender as the culprit. Workers also found the offender in possession of a small amount of marijuana. The young offender has been charged with break and enter theft and possession of a controlled drug. He will appear in court on May 12.
