THREE IN TROUBLE Early Monday morning of this week, at approx. 2:55 a.m., Jeff Odber, age 22 of 345 Glasgow Ave. attended at Wardlaw Fuels in the company of co-accused James Piette, age 24 of 282 Langdon and Mark Cranston, age 20 of R.R. #2 Heyden.
THREE IN TROUBLE
Early Monday morning of this week, at approx. 2:55 a.m., Jeff Odber, age 22 of 345 Glasgow Ave. attended at Wardlaw Fuels in the company of co-accused James Piette, age 24 of 282 Langdon and Mark Cranston, age 20 of R.R. #2 Heyden. While at the gas bar and store James Piette took a number of items from the store by concealing them on his person. All three males attended in a motor vehicle that was later reported stolen by Mr. Piette who was subsequently charged with public mischief. Mr. Odber, Mark Cranston and James Piette took items from outside the store and left the area.

The motor vehicle was driven to the parking lot at Korah Collegiate High School. James Piette then called the police to report the vehicle stolen. As a result he was arrested, cautioned and charged with public mischief and theft. Yesterday, James Piette also turned himself in to the police. Mark Cranston was subsequently arrested and charged with theft on the 27th Apr.04. All three have a court date of June 7, 2004.

YOUNG PERSON ASSAULTS ANOTHER
Yesterday afternoon at approximately 5:15 p.m., a young person assaulted another young person by grabbing that person by the throat and threatening to kill. No injuries from the assault occurred. The young person was also on probation for non-related incidents and was subsequently charged with the breach of probation. The young person will appear in court the 8th of June 2004.

JUST LIKE THE ENERGIZER BUNNY
Further charges of theft have been brought against Raymond Gregoire, age 21 of 217 Beverly St. It appears that he attended at 969 Queen Street East, the Plummer Hospital, second floor and was caught by an employee in an office. Police attended at approximately 7:30 p.m. and spoke to the victim. Gregoire had already left the hospital with the wallet, which was located a short distance from the hospital. A small amount of cash was taken.. Police attended the residence of the victim at which time he was identified out of a photo line up. Gregoire is currently in custody. He will attend court on the 28th of Apr. 04
