On October 5 at approximately 9:40 p.m. city police checked a vehicle in the area of Brock and Albert Street. Further investigation by the officer revealed that the licence of the driver was under suspension.
Also it was discovered that the driver was in possession of 4 different types of narcotics believed to be marijuana, percocet pills, hash oil and cocaine.
54-year-old Lawrence Steinburg of Ferguson Avenue has been charged with driving under suspension and possession of a narcotic x 4.
He will be appearing in Provincial Court on Nov. 7.
