Two-vehicle crash slows traffic on Great Northern Road

Emergency services were called to a collision involving a truck and a dump truck in front of Shogun Sushi just after 6 p.m. Saturday evening.

Details surrounding the cause of the collision are unknown at this time.

Paramedics on scene could not confirm the extent of the injuries or the number of people involved, but an extrication of one individual from the white truck was required.

Traffic heading towards the Second Line and Great Northern Rd. intersection was redirected to Old Garden River Rd. Traffic was also reduced to one lane heading towards the intersection of Great Northern Rd. and Northern Ave.
