City police are asking the public to avoid the area of Farwell Terrace and Raymond Street as they investigate a single-vehicle crash that sent two people to hospital.
Shortly after 3:30 p.m., officers responded to the call in which they say a vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.
Both the driver of the vehicle and passenger were taken to hospital with what police called serious injuries.
