On November 10, 2016 city police arrested 53-year-old John Nemeth of no fixed address on outstanding warrants. Mr. Nemeth had been wanted for break and enter, possession of stolen property and failing to appear for fingerprints.

Mr. Nemeth appeared in bail court today.

On November 10, 2016 city police arrested and charged 36-year-old Derek Roberts of Dufferin Avenue with breach of recognizance. Mr. Roberts is bound by a recognizance of bail with a curfew condition to be in residence between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. daily. Police conducted a curfew check on Nov. 9 and discovered Mr. Roberts not to be in his residence as required.

Mr. Roberts is scheduled to appear in court on December 12, 2016.
