The last 24 hours have been relatively quiet for city police. There are no reportable arrests to release at this time.

The following break and enter reports were taken yesterday:

1) A residence on Wilding Avenue was entered sometime on the 15th of October. It is not known at this time what was taken.

2) There was an attempt break and enter reported to a residence on Simpson Street that occurred sometime between 3:30 am and 5:30 am on the 15th of October.


The following mischief reports were taken yesterday:

1) The bus shelter located at the intersection of Queen Street East ant Kerr Drive had windows smashed out of it some time overnight on the 14th of October.

2) A residence on Edmonds Avenue was egged over the weekend for the second time in the past two weeks.

(3) Windows of a vehicle on Grace Street has profane graffiti written on it with lipstick

(4) Two walls at St. Pius X School on Oryme Avenue were spray painted with graffiti over the weekend.

(5) Sand was put into a vehicle gas tank on Second Line West.

(6) Holes were cut in the playground fencing at Parkland School sometime over the weekend.

(7) A small fire was lit in the park area beside Parkland School yesterday around 6 pm – there was no damage reported.
