On October 13th at 7:30 am Patrol Officers executed an arrest warrant on an 18 year old male. The male was wanted for Theft under $5,000.

On October 13th at 7:30 am Patrol Officers executed an arrest warrant on an 18 year old male. The male was wanted for Theft under $5,000.00, Assault with a Weapon, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Escape Lawful Custody, Use a Weapon for the Purpose of Committing a Criminal Offence and Breach of Probation under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. The charges stem from a shoplifting incident where the accused assaulted a security guard and then ran away from him. He will appear in bail court today. 

On October 10 city police attended in the 500 block of Fourth Line West for a theft of 2 doors from a Polaris Ranger side by side. The doors are full size and each had a full window. The Polaris Ranger had been at the end of the driveway as it was for sale. It is believed the theft occurred during the daytime hours of October 10.

On October 11 city police attended at an address in the 500 block of Second Line West. A Dodge Dakota had two of the tires slashed on it. In addition a Dodge Ram had two slashed tires and the driver’s window was smashed.

Sometime between October 9 and October 12, a residence in the 100 block of Cambridge Place was broken into. A computer tower and electronics were taken.
