Domestic Related Arrests for Bail Court Appearance this Morning: 1) A 19 year-old female was arrested on the 9th of November at 6:42 pm at a west end residence and charged with one count of criminal harassment.
Domestic Related Arrests for Bail Court Appearance this Morning:

1) A 19 year-old female was arrested on the 9th of November at 6:42 pm at a west end residence and charged with one count of criminal harassment. It is alleged that the accused has continuously called and attended at her ex-boyfriend’s residence since a recent break up after several warnings from police not to attend at his home or to contact him.

2) A 45 year-old male was arrested on the 9th of November at 12:07 pm at a downtown residence and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that on the 8th of November the accused attended at his girlfriend’s residence, got into a verbal argument with her and assaulted her. The victim received non-life threatening injuries as a result.

Two Males Arrested for Assault at Local Bar:

20 year-old Adam Gouge of 24 Pontiac Street and 20 year-old Curtis White of 77 Hillside Drive were both arrested at the police station yesterday in relation to an assault incident that took place at a downtown bar on the 26th of September. It is alleged that on that evening, the two males attacked another male known to them in the parking lot when he was leaving the bar. The accused received non-life threatening injuries that required medical attention and surgery as a result. Adam Gouge was charged with one count of assault causing bodily harm and Curtis White was charged with one count of assault. They are both to appear in court on the 14th of December.

Property Crimes:

Break and Enter Report:


A residence in the 800 block of Wellington Street East was entered sometime between 9 pm and 1 am last on the 8th of November. Some medication, a DVD player and some movies were reported stolen.

Mischief Reports:

Vehicles were reported damaged in the areas of East Street, Old Garden River Road, Churchill Boulevard and Bridlepath Court. Some tires were reported slashed, windows broken and one vehicle was keyed.

Thefts:

Vehicles were entered in the areas of Brown Street, Mayfair Avenue and Albert Street East. A wallet, a purse and a Panasonic Stereo System were reported stolen.

Citizens should remember to keep their vehicles locked at all times and always remove anything of value. If anything of value must be stored in the vehicle, then it should be hidden from plain view or secured in the trunk. Vigilance by locking vehicles and removing items of temptation will greatly reduce incidents of theft.
