Nine traffic accidents reported to police.  Police are asking drivers to reduce speeds and be more attentative while driving.  The nice weather seems to have drivers, operating their vehicles at higher speeds.

A 17 year old male has been arrested for one count of robbery and one count of assault.  On 05 March 13 at approximately 12:15 p.m., police attended at the Sault Transit terminal. A young victim had been attacked, thrown to the ground and punched and kicked repeatedly by two males known to him.  They then stole his ball cap.  During the event an adult male passerby attempted to stop the robbery and was assaulted by the youths.  The male will appear in bail court this morning.

A 64 year old female was arrested at 9:15 on 25 March 2013 after an altercation with her husband where it is alleged that he was punched in the face causing minor injuries.  She will appear in domestic violence court on 22 April 2013.

At 8:05 p.m. police responded to a single vehicle rollover collision on Great Northern Road south of Sixth Line.  A lone male driver lost control of the vehicle and left the roadway. The vehicle landed on its roof approximately 40 feet from the roadway. No charges have been laid and the driver was not injured.
