City Police responded to two calls today regarding nuisance bears on East Balfour St. and the 800 block of Great Northern Rd. Citizens are reminded to not approach bears and to reduce or eliminate sources of food for them such as composters, bird feeders, garbage, etc.

A 17-year-old turned herself in to city police at 8:30 p.m. The young person was wanted for a break and enter plus 3 charges of failing to appear in court. The accused will appear in bail court this morning at 10 a.m.
