BREAK AND ENTERS The Sault Police Service investigated two break and enters yesterday. The first was to a residence in the 100 block of Lindstedt Street. The entry took place over the weekend while the homeowners were away.

The Sault Police Service investigated two break and enters yesterday. The first was to a residence in the 100 block of Lindstedt Street. The entry took place over the weekend while the homeowners were away. The second entry took place at a residence in the 500 block of Morin Street. It is not known yet if anything was taken during either break and enter.

ATTEMPTED CAR THEFT
At about 3:30 a.m. today, a resident on Silverdale Avenue was awakened by the sound of a car horn. Upon investigating he saw two youths attempting to steal a vehicle. The culprits fled when they saw the complainant.

The first is described as male, white, 17 - 18 years of age, short hair, chubby, and wearing a dark t-shirt and shorts. The second is male, white, 17-18 years of age, thinner than the first, short hair, wearing a dark t-shirt and beige-coloured pants.
