Marty Wilson of 132 Central Park Avenue has found himself in trouble with the law for not giving generously to a local charity. The 44-year-old Saultite was picked up by police shortly after midnight this morning. It turns out that, under the terms of a probation condition from a previous arrest, Wilson was required to make a donation to a certain charity sometime in 2003 or 2004. He didn't, police say. And this morning, the frugal Mr. Wilson was picked up on a warrant for breach of probation. The honour of his presence has been requested at a court appearance on February 28.
