The following persons will appear in bail court this morning:
1) A 19-year old male turned himself into police last evening in connection to a domestic violence matter. It is alleged that on the 13th of January the accused punched a hole in the drywall of his girlfriend’s residence. The accused has been charged with one count of mischief under $5,000 and one count of breach of probation.
2) A 16-year old female called police and turned herself in on out standing warrants. The youth was arrested and charged with one count of break and enter and commit an offence, one count of theft under $5,000 and one count of breach of probation under the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA) in connection to a house break and enter on Pageant Drive on November 20th, 2006. The youth was also charged with one count of possession of property obtained by crime. It is alleged that the accused was in a stolen vehicle on the 12th of August 2006.
3) A 15-year old male was arrested yesterday and charged with one count of robbery, one count of threatening to cause death or bodily harm and one count of breach of probation under the YCJA. It is alleged that on the 13th of December the accused stole money from an adult female while armed with a knife. It is further alleged that the accused threatened to harm the same victim. At the time of these offences the accused was on probation.
Charged with One Count of Threatening
A 45-year old male was arrested yesterday and charged with one count of threatening. It is alleged that on the 12th of January the accused threatened to harm his ex-common law wife. The accused will appear in court on February 21st.
Female Charged with Assault Following Bus Altercation
18-year old Krista Murray of 101 Campbell Avenue was arrested yesterday and charged with one count of assault and one count of threatening to cause death or bodily harm. It is alleged that on the 10th of January the accused assaulted a female by telling the victim to get out of a seat on a bus. It is further alleged that the accused pulled the victim put of the seat by the hair. The accused will appear in court on February 19th.
