Domestic Related Arrest:

A 33 year-old male was arrested on the 2nd of February at 6:08 pm at his residence and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that on the 2nd of February at approximately 5:30 pm the accused got into a verbal argument with his common law spouse at their residence and assaulted her by spitting on her numerous times. The accused is to appear in bail court this morning.

Female Arrested after Family Dispute:

34 year-old Crystal Harvey of #102-441 Queen Street West was arrested on the 1st of February at 4:35 pm at a downtown residence and charged with one count of mischief. It is alleged that she attended at a family member’s residence on the 1st of February at approximately 4:20 pm and after getting into an argument, the accused started to smash things inside the residence. Several pieces of furniture were damaged as a result. She is to attend court on the 9th of March.

Property Crimes:

Break and Enters:

- A residence on Harten Street was entered on the 2nd of February sometime after 1 pm. Jewellery, and XBOX, a snowmachine helmet and some cash were reported stolen.
- A residence in the 200 block of Spadina Avenue was entered on the 2nd of February between 1 pm and 2:40 pm. An Emerson VCR/TV and an Emerson DVD player and some medication were reported stolen.
- A residence in the 600 block of Pine Street was entered on the 2nd of February between 2:15 pm and 6:15 pm. Cash was reported stolen.

Theft Reports:

- A 12 speed Next mountain bike was stolen from a residence on Wellington Street West sometime yesterday.
- A vehicle was entered in the 100 block of Florwin Avenue and a wallet was stolen.
- A vehicle on Hugill Street was entered – nothing was reported stolen.
