IMPAIRED CHARGE
Yesterday at 4:30 pm, Sean McLarty, age 35 of 124 Letcher St. allegedly operated a motor vehicle, a blue, unplated 1989 Ford F150, while his ability to do so was impaired by alcohol. The McLarty truck became stuck in a snow bank/ditch area off Patrick Street.

Patrol officers located the driver at 5:00 pm and arrested and charged him with Impaired Driving, Driving Over .08, Driving While Disqualified and three counts of Failing to Comply with an Undertaking. He will appear in court January 27th.


ARRESTED FOR STEALING SNOW MACHINES
On Sunday, December 8th, two Bombardier snow machines were stolen from a Dacey Rd address. On Monday, December 16th at 5:20 pm, detectives from the Investigation Services Section of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service executed a search warrant in a garage at a residence on Pim Street.

Detectives located the two stolen snow machines valued at approximately $22,000.00. The investigation revealed that two males were renting the garage. At 6:45 pm, detecti
