On August 3 just after 8 a.m., city police attended on Malabar Drive the theft of a 2007 15 horse power Mercury boat motor. The motor was taken sometime overnight. On August 3 at approximately 3 a.m., a vehicle was entered on Carlbert Street.

On August 3 at approximately 3 a.m., a vehicle was entered on Carlbert Street. The vehicle had been left unlocked and a GPS, a Motorola cell phone, a Nexus card and cash were taken from the vehicle.

On August 3 city police attended at a residence on Glen Avenue for a break and enter to a shed. Entry was gained overnight. A sawzall, a skill saw and blades were taken.

On August 4 shortly after midnight, a cell phone was stolen out of a vehicle on Panoramic Drive. Shortly after this call city police attended on Promenade Drive for the theft of a garage door opener that been taken out of a vehicle. Approximately half an hour later a homeowner on Princeton Drive called to report that their vehicle had been gone through however; nothing was taken.

On August 3, 2015 at 5 p.m., a home owner on Superior Drive advised that someone had entered their garage and stole some tools.

On August 3, 2015 at 3:30 p.m., patrol officers arrested and charged a 44-year-old female for two counts of assault and threatening death. It is alleged that the female assaulted her daughter-in-law and her friend. Injuries were minor in nature. The accused will appear in court on August 31.

On August 3, 2015 at 10 p.m., patrol officers and detectives arrested and charged a 16-year-old young person with sexual assault. It is alleged the youth assaulted another young person known to them. The youth will appear in court on September 1, 2015.

On August 3, 2015 at 10:20 p.m., patrol officers arrested and charged Dennis Atkinson, age 55 of Albion Street, with theft under $5,000. It is alleged he stole a small quantity of money. He will appear in court on September 14, 2015.
