Several reports were received regarding mischief in the city's east end overnight.
Vehicles, a school, a driveway and a residences were spraypainted in the area of Cambridge Place, Chartwell Drive, Eastside Park and Broad St.
Anyone with information on these crimes is asked to call police or Crimestoppers.
Update - Arrest of Greater Sudbury Police Officer - Publication Ban
Further to the earlier news release a publication ban was ordered in bail court this morning.
Any information pertaining to evidence is covered in the publication ban.
Mr. Lavoie has been released on bail and will appear in court on September 19th in Sudbury.

Arrest
38 year old Annette Denis of 70 East St. was arrested overnight and charged with breach of a recognizance after being released from bail earlier that day with a curfew and conditions preventing her from consuming alcohol. Officers attended Foster Drive at approximately 11:30 p.m. for a complaint of an intoxicated female on the roadway. Annette Denis will return back to bail court this morning charged with breach of probation and breach of a recognizance (2 counts).
