Evening Report:
ARREST: City police were called to a stabbing incident on Cambridge Place. It is alleged that a female attended at the victim’s residence and after a brief argument the accused stabbed the victim in the hand with a pair of scissors. The accused was arrested by police without further incident. Arrested in this incident was April Eva Anich age 26. She will appear in court on the September 17, 2012 at 09:00am.
Break and Enter: Last evening between the hours of 1:30am and 6:30am in the area of Irwin Avenue. Taken in the break and enter was alcohol, computer equipment and clothing.
Break and Enter: A residence in the area of Birch Street was entered sometime between August 10 and August 14, 2012. The culprit ransacked the residence. Clothing, electronic equipment and power tools were taken at that time.
Mischief: The front window of a local business was smashed out in the 600 block of Queen Street East.
Mischief: The windshield of a vehicle was smashed out in the area of Oakwood Drive.
