On August 11, 2015, at 2:30 a.m., City Police apprehended two males going through vehicles in the area of Koprash Court. Justice Breathat, 18 years, of Highway 556, Heyden, ON was arrested and charged with trespass by night, theft under $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime, breach of probation X 2 and possession of marijuana under 30 grams. Breathat attended Bail Court today. A second male, 17 years of age, was arrested and charged with trespass by night, theft under $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime. He will be appearing in court on September 15, 2015.
On August 11, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., City Police arrested and charged a 17 year old male in regard to a dispute with two males known to him. It is alleged that on August 10, 2015, the accused attended at a residence in the west end of the City and threatened to slash the tires on the victim’s car. It is further alleged that the accused kicked and dented the victim’s car. He will be appearing in court on September 15, 2015.

On August 9, 2015, city police attended in the area of Northland Road regarding a domestic matter. It is alleged that the accused age 34 was involved in a verbal argument with the victim. The accused was leaving the residence and in doing so damaged the television set. The accused turned himself in at the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service on August 10, 2015 and was arrested for mischief. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on September 16, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
On August 10, 2015, city police arrested an accused male age 21 for domestic assault, mischief, false pretences and breach of probation. It is alleged that the accused called his ex-girlfriend over to his residence so she could recover a cell phone that the accused allegedly obtained by false pretences. While there the accused assaulted the accused and caused mischief to the victim’s vehicle. The accused was located and arrested. The accused is scheduled to appear in bail court on August 11, 2015 at 10 a.m.
