On April 27, 2015, city police responded to domestic incident in the west end of the city. Investigation revealed that a male suspect age 33 was in a verbal argument with the victim. The argument escalated and the victim was assaulted.

On April 27, 2015, city police responded to domestic incident in the west end of the city. Investigation revealed that a male suspect age 33 was in a verbal argument with the victim. The argument escalated and the victim was assaulted. Police arrested the accused male and charged him with assault. The accused will appear in bail court on April 28, 2015 at 10 a.m.

On April 27, 2015, city police responded to a theft call at Metro grocery store at 150 Churchill Blvd. Investigation revealed that a male and female allegedly left the store with several grocery items and made no attempt to pay for the goods. The two suspects fled the area in a vehicle. A license plate number was obtained and police attended at the residence of the registered owner.  Information received at that time led police to arrest Joseph Terry Rideout age 34, of Pine Street, for theft under $5,000. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on June 1, 2015 at 9 a.m.

On April 28, 2015 at 2:45 a.m. officers with Patrol Services observed a young male walking in the area of Franklin St. Upon further investigation it was learned that the male had trespassed on private property and attempted to steal articles from a vehicle at that location. As a result, a 14-year-old male was arrested and charged with Trespass by night and attempt theft under $5000.00. He will be appearing in Young Offender Court on June 02, 2015.

On the April 28, 2015 City police attended a residence on South Market during the course of a missing persons investigation. While in attendance they had occasion to speak with a female resident. It was discovered that the female was wanted on several outstanding arrest warrants. 31-year-old Triena Dumanski of 147 South market was arrested and will be appearing in Court on June 01, 2015 on Charges of Failing to appear in court threatening to cause death or bodily harm and breach of an undertaking.
