Yesterday evening at 7:15, police were dispatched to the intersection of Brien Avenue and Cunningham Road to investigate a head-on collision.

A 1993 Hyundai, operated by 25-year-old Christopher Daynard of Alexandra Street had just turned onto Cunningham from Brien when it collided with a 1993 Plymouth driven by 46-year-old Sandra St. John of Cunningham Road.

Both drivers were treated for minor injuries and both vehicles sustained moderate damage. Daynard was issued a summons for failing to share the roadway.
