On April 11, 2016 at 11:05 p.m., city police arrested and charged a 36-year-old male with assault after a domestic violence complaint was received from his ex-wife. The incident occurred on April 10, 2016 in the central part of the city.

On April 11, 2016 at 11:05 p.m., city police arrested and charged a 36-year-old male with assault after a domestic violence complaint was received from his ex-wife. The incident occurred on April 10, 2016 in the central part of the city. It is alleged that the accused went to the home of his ex-wife and grabbed her, pushed her aside and caused her to fall to the floor. He will be appearing in court on May 18, 2016.

On April 12, 2016 at 1 a.m., city police arrested and charged a 42-year-old male in regard to a domestic complaint received from his ex-girlfriend on April 11, 2016. The male was also wanted on a warrant for offences relating to the same person from an investigation on April 9, 2016. The male was on a recognizance of bail and a peace bond with numerous conditions in regard to the victim. As a result, the male was charged with assault, breach of recognizance X 5 (recognizance of bail) and breach of recognizance X 7 (peace bond). He will be appearing in Bail Court on April 12, 2016.
