Yesterday afternoon officers from Patrol Services arrested a 23-year-old male and charged him with one count of assault, one count of break and enter and three counts of breach of a release document. It is alleged that on the 23rd of August the accused attended at the residence of his ex-girlfriend, broke into the residence and assault the victim. At the time of the offence of the accused was on conditions not to communicate with the victim, not to attend her place of residence and not to be within 100 meters of her. He will appear in a bail court this morning.
Yesterday afternoon officers from Patrol Services arrested a 51-year-old female and charged her with one count of assault. It is alleged that on the 3rd of September the accused assaulted her common law boyfriend by punching him. The accused will appear in court on October 1.
Last evening city police attended for a call of an unwanted person. Upon their arrival they learned that 46-year-old Wanda Colynuck of St. Georges Avenue had assaulted a female known to her by scratching her. The accused will appear in court on October 6.
Yesterday afternoon city police attended at a residence on Patrick Street regarding a break and enter. Sometime between the 26th of August and the 3rd of September the residence was entered and a small undisclosed amount of money was taken.

On September 2, 2014 a confrontation between two neighbours led to one of them being punched and threatened. Darryl Bozowski (age 47) is charged with assault and threatening. He will be appearing in court on October 6, 2014 at 9 a.m.
On September 3, 2014 a female had her hand deliberately slammed in a door jam. She required medical attention at the Sault Area Hospital. Charged with assault is Benjamin McNabb (age 25) of Old Garden River Road. He will be appearing in court on October 6, 2014 at 9 a.m.
Sometime during the month of May a female was pushed to the ground and assaulted by her common law boyfriend. It is also alleged she was choked. The 42-year-old male has been charged with one count of assault. The man will be appearing in bail court on September 4, 2014 at 10 a.m.
On September 4, 2014, city police attended at a residence in the west end of the city. When they arrived, it was discovered a man was at the residence who was on a court ordered document not to be. The man will be appearing in court on September 4, 2014 at 10 a.m. charged with breach of probation x 3. The 44-year-old male is on a probation order from a prior domestic matter. The conditions were breached by attending at the residence of the victim, by communicating with the victim and for failing to keep the peace and be of good behavior.
