City Police arrested a 24-year-old male yesterday morning just after 9am at his place of employment. It’s believed that between August 19th and September 26th the accused repeatedly harassed his ex-girlfriend by attending her residence while uninvited. The accused also assaulted the victim by throwing a carton of cigarettes at her face. The victim did not require medical attention for her injuries. On the 14th of September the accused threatened to kill a male friend associated to the victim by shooting and stabbing him. The accused was on a release document to not communicate with the victim. He has been charged with 1 count of Assault, 1 count of Criminal Harassment, 1 count of Threaten Death and 1 count of Breach of Recognizance. He will be appearing in court today.

Forcible Confindment & Sexual Harassment

While in custody on unrelated charges the accused 22-year-old Kevoughn Seon Alleyne was charged in relation to an incident which took place on June 1st 2006. It’s alleged that on this date the accused touched a female known to him in a sexual manner after confining her to a bedroom. The victim managed to get away and contacted the Police. The accused has been charged with 1 count of Forcible Confinement and 1 count of Sexual Assault. He is to appear in Bail court today.

Three Separate Break & Enters

1. Great Northern Cycle Shop located at 1191 Great Northern Road was broke into between 10:00pm on the 26th of September and 9:30am the 27th of September. Taken in this incident was an undisclosed amount of clothing items.

2. Between 6pm on the 26th of September and 9:45am on the 27th of September, Fresh Clothing located at 491 Queen Street East was broken into and a number of clothing items were taken.

3. During the evening hours of September 26th and the early morning hours of September 27th at Heise Garage located at 3904 Queen Street East, an unknown person or persons forced their way into the business and stole a number of keys.
