On October 15, 2015 at 10:45 a.m., City Police arrested and charged Mark Vasey, 30 years, of Grove Crescent with Breach of Recognizance. It is alleged that Mr. Vasey violated one of the conditions of his release document that required him to remain in his residence daily between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. His surety reported the matter to Police. Mr. Vasey will be appearing in Bail Court on October 16, 2015.
On October 14, 2015 at 9:15 p.m., patrol officers arrested and charged a 42-year-old for domestic assault and mischief. It is alleged that he broke his spouse’s cell phone and pushed her. He will appear in bail court on October 15.
Sometime between 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on October 14 a residence on Weldon Avenue was broken into. A television and other electronics were taken.
