On the 1st of October City Police officers attended to a residence in the Chapple St. area regarding a male wanted on domestic related charges. At approximately 1:35 am a 31 year old male was taken into custody for assault and breaching a condition of a recognizance. He will be appearing in Bail Court on October 3rd.
21 year old Nicholas Crack of Albert St. W was arrested on a warrant by City Police officers on October 1st for failing to attend court on August 5th. He is scheduled to appear in court again on November 2nd.
On September 30, 2015 at 5:25 p.m., city police arrested Candace Miron, 25 years old of Mission Road, Goulais River, ON. The accused was wanted on a first-instance warrant for obstruct police from an incident on September 11, 2015. It is alleged that on that date, she provided police with a false name in order to evade arrest due to breaching a conditional sentence order that required her to remain in her residence and to notify her probation officer of any change in her address. It is further alleged that at the time of her arrest last night she was again in contravention of her conditional sentence order for the same breaches. She will be appearing in bail court on October 1, 2015.
On October 1, 2015 at 1 a.m., city police arrested Douglas Boucher, 41 years old of Second Line West, on two bench warrants, one for allegedly failing to attend court and the other for allegedly breaching his probation. Mr. Boucher will be appearing in bail court on October 1, 2015.
