A 50 year old male was charged with 2 counts of breach of a recognizance after police attended an east end address at 1:40 today for a domestic dispute. The male is on bail conditions to abstain from consuming alcohol and abstain from communicating or associating with his victim. He was found in violation of both and will be appearing in bail court tomorrow morning.

24 year old Troy Bozowski of 212 Albert St. E was arrested and charged with theft and mischief after he was caught on video breaking into vehicles at 6:30 a.m. this morning in the area of Ergo Office Plus near Queen and March St. He broke through the window track of the vehicles with a screwdriver to shatter the windows and went through the contents of the vehicle including stealing a purse that was left visible. He will appear in court on 08 July 2013.

A break and enter was reported overnight at Jiffy Car Wash. A window was broken and a computer taken.

A theft of a large canvass tool bag was reported from a vehicle parked at the Water Tower Inn overnight.

On May 29, 2013 at approximately 9:00 p.m. City Police arrested and charged a 43 year old female in regard to a domestic assault. The female allegedly assaulted her common-law partner by punching him in the head. She will be appearing in Bail Court on May 30, 2013.

On May 29, 2013 at approximately 7:00 p.m. a 21 year old male turned himself into Police on an outstanding warrant for a domestic assault from May 2012. It is alleged that the male grabbed his ex-girlfriend by the arms and threw her onto a bed. He will be appearing in Court on July 10, 2013.
