Bail Court Today
A 17 year old male will appear in bail court today at 10:00 am charged with assault and threatening death. It is alleged that on the 4th of March 2009 that the accused assaulted his girlfriend by grabbing her then pushing her around and then he threatened to kill her. She was able to leave and Police were called.
Thefts of Purses
City Police are investigating the thefts of 2 purses. These are reported to have occurred from offices located in the 1200 block of Queen St. east and the 600 block of Queen St. east.
Police would like to remind you to secure valuables if you leave them unattended for any period of time. This may not seem very convenient but then replacing your ID and credit card is not either.
