On March 19, 2015 at 3:30 am Patrol Officers arrested and charged Mark Jondreau, age 53, of Wallace Terrace with Impaired Driving, Failing to Perform Physical Co-ordination Tests and Possession of Cannabis Marihuana. Officers found Jondreau to be driving a motor vehicle while his ability to operate it was impaired by drugs. When he was transported to the Police Services Building he refused to perform physical tests. He will appear in court on April 20th.
On the afternoon of March 18, 2015, patrol officers responded to a report of a male and female arguing in the north end of the city. As a result of their investigation, officers arrested and charged a 26-year-old male. It is alleged the accused threatened his female partner. He will be appearing in court March 19, 2015.
Sometime between Monday, March 16, 2015 and March 19, a garage located on property in the 1000 block of Peoples Road was broken into. A utility trailer parked in the garage was entered and over $10,000 worth of construction equipment was reported stolen including tools, generators, air compressors and nailing guns.
On the evening of March 19, 2015 patrol officers located and arrested 36-year-old Cory GOSTLIN of 47 Princess Crescent who was wanted on an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that in November of last year, Gostlin was found to be in possession of stolen property. He will be appearing in court April 20, 2015.
