On July 31, 2014 just before 4 a.m. , a homeowner on Greenview Lane was awoken to sound of breaking glass. Once outside he observed two males running from the area and noted the side mirrors and sunroof of his son’s car had been smashed.

On July 31, 2014 just before 4 a.m., a homeowner on Greenview Lane was awoken to sound of breaking glass. Once outside he observed two males running from the area and noted the side mirrors and sunroof of his son’s car had been smashed. The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service encourages members of the public to report suspicious persons or activities in their neighbourhoods.

On July 30, 2014 police responded to a domestic related incident. It is alleged that an accused male made several unwanted telephone calls and text messages to the victim. The accused age 19 then followed the victim in his vehicle displaying threatening behaviour and yelling profanities at the victim. The accused was arrested and charged with criminal harassment and will appear in bail court on July 31, 2014 at 10 a.m.
