SEXUAL ASSAULT
Early yesterday morning, at about 3:00, police were called to the General Hospital where a 27-year-old female reported that a 30-year-old male, known to her, had assaulted her. The incident is alleged to have taken place between 11:00 p.m. Tuesday and 2:00 a.m. yesterday at the victim's residence. She was treated and released from hospital.

The accused, Derek Crigger, of 286 Pine Shore Drive, has been charged with assault, sexual assault and breach of recognizance. He appeared in bail court at 1:30 p.m. yesterday.

TWO CAR-BICYCLE ACCIDENTS
The Sault Police Service is asking your assistance in completing two minor accident reports involving motor vehicles and bicycles.

The first accident took place at about 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the intersection of Pine and
Wellington Streets. The second took place at 10:20 p.m. on Tuesday at the intersection of Capp Avenue and Shannon Road. There were no serious injuries in either incident. If you have information on either accident, you ar
