At approximately 2:20 am this morning officers attended in the area of Rossmore Road. A homeowner called to report three males were going through vehicles in the area and the homeowner chased the youths away. One of the males was followed by the homeowner who lost sight of the male. Officers located the youth hiding behind a vehicle on Sussex Road. A check of the youth revealed that he was on a probation order with a curfew to be in his residence between 9 pm and 6 am. The 15-year old male was charged with one count of breach of probation and will appear in court on September 10th.

Yesterday morning Ideal Landscaping on Great Northern Road reported a break in to their portable trailer. Items taken include a cash register with a minimal amount of cash and a Blackberry cell phone.

On August 5th a 51 year old male assaulted his common-in-law by pushing her. On the 7th of August officers located and arrested and charged the male with Assault. He will appear in court on August 8th.

On July 30th 2013 a 21 year old female stole her grandmothers’ credit card from her residence. The female then attended at Walmart and made purchases with the stolen card. A short time later the female used the credit card to access the victims’ bank account and remove money from it. On August 7, 2013 at 9:30 pm Patrol Officers arrested and charge the female Theft under $5,000.00, Theft of a Credit Card and Possession of a Stolen Credit Card. She will appear in court on September 9th.

At 1:45 this morning 30 year old Jason Lougheed of 68 Lorna Drive was arrested for breaching a condition of his recognizance.

Mr. Lougheed was located on Great Northern Road just prior to his arrest while having a condition to be in his residence between 11 pm and 6 am. Lougheed will appear in bail court this morning at 10 am.
