On August 27, 2015 at 8:30am police investigated a domestic incident in the 800 block of Second Line West. Investigation revealed that the 22 year old male had grabbed the female victim with both hands and threw her to the ground. The accused was arrested and charged with one count of assault. The accused appeared in bail court on today's date.
On August 27, 2015 at 12pm 24 year old Tyler Taylor of Pine St was arrested by police. It is alleged that the accused attended a local hilltop store and concealed $260 worth of tools, leaving the store without paying. The accused has been charged with theft under $5000 and will appear in court on Sept 28.

On August 27, 2015 at 2:40 a.m., a 15-year-old male was arrested by police. It is alleged that the young offender was spray painting graffiti on the back of buildings in the west end. The offender will appear in bail court this morning.
On August 27, 2015 at 1 a.m., police arrested 27-year-old Cody Marshall of Wilcox Avenue. It is alleged that the accused broke into a home on Greenfield Drive stealing a wallet and purse, and a garage on Beaumont Avenue stealing a socket set. The accused also [allegedly] trespassed at night on residential property on Konkin Avenue and breached his bail curfew. The accused has been charged with two counts of break and enter, possession of stolen property, possession of break in tools, trespass at night and breach of recognizance. The accused will appear in bail court this morning.
On August 26, 2015 city police investigated a domestic incident that involved a male and a female that had been traveling across Ontario. It is alleged that the accused male, age 27, would not allow the victim to leave and to return to her family home. The victim was in fear of the accused and sent a text message to a relative who later notified police. Police apprehended the accused and charged him with forcible confinement. The accused will appear in bail court on August 27, 2015 at 10 a.m.
On August 26, 2015 city police received a complaint of a domestic assault from a male victim. It is alleged that a verbal argument escalated into a physical encounter resulting in the victim being assaulted by a female accused age 55. The accused was arrested for assault and is scheduled to appear in court on September 30, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
On August 27, 2015 city police located Tammy Lynn Moore, age 47 at a central city location. A check of the female revealed a warrant for breach of probation X 2. The accused was arrested and is scheduled to appear in court on September 28, 2015 at 9 a.m.
