On Thursday, August 14, City Police officers arrested 32-year-old Edward Bernard of Pim St. for theft and breach of probation. It is alleged that Mr. Bernard attended at Sears and left the store without paying for merchandise.

On Thursday, August 14, City Police officers arrested 32-year-old Edward Bernard of Pim St. for theft and breach of probation.  It is alleged that Mr. Bernard attended at Sears and left the store without paying for merchandise.  He was no probation at the time to keep the peace.  He will appear in court in September.
 
On Thursday, August 14, City Police officers arrested 49-year-old Terry Powley of Wellington St. East for fraud.  It is alleged that she fraudulently withdrew a sum under $5,000 from the account of an individual known to her.  She will appear in court in September

On Wednesday August 13, city police officers arrested 40-year-old Louise Desmoulin of Shafer Street for theft and breach of probation. It is alleged Ms. Desmoulin attended the WalMart at 293 Bay Street and left the store without paying for food items. She was also on conditions not to be at the WalMart at 293 Bay St. She will be appearing in Provincial Court on September 15.

A 21-year-old male was arrested by city police early this morning in the Albert Street West – Huron Street area for a domestic related assault. It is alleged the accused pushed his common-law girlfriend to the ground, punched her and then left the area but was later apprehended. He will be appearing in Bail Court later this morning.
