Three arrested after cops spot stolen vehicle

One was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine

On Jan. 29, 2020, officers with Patrol Services arrested 27-year-old Tony Agawa, 31-year-old Jessie Neyland and 49-year-old Jody Schroeder for possession of stolen property.

Just after 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2020, officers observed a vehicle on Northern Avenue that was reported stolen on Jan. 28, 2020. Officers then observed the three accused enter the vehicle. At that time the three accused were arrested.

A subsequent search of the accused found Ms. Neyland to be in possession of small quantities of what is believed to be heroin and methamphetamine. She is charged with one count of possession of stolen property and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. She is scheduled to appear in court on March 23, 2020.

Mr. Schroeder is charged with one count of possession of stolen property. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 23, 2020.

Mr. Agawa is charged with one count of possession of stolen property and two counts of breach of probation. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 9, 2020.
