On March 13, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 26-year-old Joshua Wagner in connection with a home invasion.
It’s alleged on March 3, 2020 the accused and 28-year-old Jordan Wagner entered a residence in the 200 block of Wallace Terrace threatened, struck and stole property from the victims in the residence.
The accused was located on March 13, 2020 at 9:24 p.m. in the area of Wellington Street East and Hughes Street and arrested without incident. He is charged with careless use of a firearm, pointing a firearm, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, unauthorized possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, uttering threats, robbery with a weapon, unlawfully in a dwelling and possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm.
He was held for WASH court.
At this time Jordan Wagner is still wanted in connection with the incident that took place on Wallace Terrace. He is wanted to for careless use of a firearm, pointing a firearm, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, unauthorized possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, uttering threats, robbery with a weapon, unlawfully in a dwelling, possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm, possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order and breach of probation.
