3 YOUNG OFFENDERS ARRESTED
It has been a fairly quiet weekend for city police but at 6:00 this morning, luck ran out for three young offenders. They had just stolen a 1995 Plymouth Voyageur Van and were leaving the crime scene. They hadn't travelled far before a police cruiser noticed the three males acting suspiciously and stopped them.
The young offenders cannot be identified but all three been charged with theft over $5,000, possession of stolen goods over $5,000 and possession of house breaking tools.
One will also be charged with breach of probation and another will be charged with breach of recognizance.
One of the offenders has been released while the other two remain in police custody pending a court appearance

There were several arrests overnight involving liquor. All except one of those arrested have been released.
