On November 22, 2014 at 2:40 p.m. Police Officers arrested and charged a 27-year-old male with two counts of assault and two counts of threatening death. It is alleged that he assaulted his partner on November 17 and 18. During the assaults he threatened to harm the victim. He will appear in court on November 24.
On November 22, 2014 at 5 p.m., Patrol Officers arrested and charged Joseph Marrello, age 31 of McKenzie St., with theft under $5,000. It is alleged that he stole merchandise from No Frills at 519 Korah Rd. He will appear in court on December 22.
On November 22, 2014 shortly before 10 p.m., Patrol Officers arrested and charged a 35-year-old male with breach of recognizance. The male was on release conditions from a prior domestic related charge not to communicate with his ex-girlfriend. He is alleged to breach this condition when telephoned her. The male will appear in court on November 24.
On November 23, 2014 at 1:40 a.m., Patrol Officers arrested and charged a 21-year-old male following a domestic incident. The male is alleged to have confined the victim in her residence, then assaulted her and before leaving the residence he damaged two doors. The male was on court imposed conditions not to communicate or be with the victim. The male has been charged with unlawful confinement, assault, mischief and four counts of breach of probation. He will appear in court on November 24.
