On May 9, 2015 63 year old Joseph Cognigni of Sixth Avenue was arrested for Shoplifting. It is alleged that the accused attend a local automotive store. Once inside the store the accused selected a can of spray paint valued at $14.

On May 9, 2015 63 year old Joseph Cognigni of Sixth Avenue was arrested for Shoplifting. It is alleged that the accused attend a local automotive store. Once inside the store the accused selected a can of spray paint valued at $14.68, concealed it and left the store. The accused was apprehended by store security and police were contacted. The accused has been charged with one count of theft under $5000 and will appear in court on June 15. 

On May 9, 2015 33 year old Robert Osborne of Market St was arrested for breaching his court orders. The accused is on a prohibition order and recognizance both with the condition not to attend areas where persons under the age of 16 years are present or expected to be present including daycare centers and community centers. It is alleged that on several occasions including May 9th the accused attended at a local fitness center (community center) which contained a daycare center and where persons under the age of 16 years where present or expected to be present. The accused has been charged with breach of a prohibition order and breach of recognizance. The accused will attend W.A.S.H. court on May 10.
