City Police officers were called to an address on Weldon Ave. last night regarding a disturbance. Investigation revealed that a male was in the residence and had been drinking. It was also learned that he was on a recognizance not to drink alcohol. When officers advised him he was under arrest he began resisting and struggling with officers. The officers were eventually able to gain control of the accused. As a result 54 year old Tim Mitchell of Weldon Ave. was charged with breaching a condition of his Recognizance and resisting arrest. He will be appearing in WASH Court on March 27th.
