On the 23rd March 2013 police observed a male walking in the downtown core they knew to be wanted. He was approached and arrested for the outstanding warrants. Charged with breach of probation x 3 is Randy Christopher Piazza (age 29) He will be appearing in WASH court on the 24th March 2013.

On the 23rd March 2013 police were called to the 400 block of Fourth Line East regarding a rollover accident. On arrival it was discovered a passenger in the small pickup truck had been ejected from the vehicle and was suffering serious head and back injuries. Charged with Impaired Driving causing injury and consuming over the legal limit is Cody Steven Phillips (age 21). He will be appearing in court on the 29 April 2013. Traffic Services are currently continuing their investigation and ask that anyone who may have information to contact the Sault Ste Marie Police Service.
