A 32 year old male turned himself in on a domestic warrant for breach of probation. It is alleged he was in contact with the victim while on probation not to communicate with the victim. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 24.
At approximately 1:00 p.m. today police were called to a report of a male waving a knife at a group of kids at the corner of Trunk Rd. and Wellington St. When police arrived the male fled and was arrested after a foot pursuit in the area of MacDonald Ave and Lake St. It is alleged he pulled the knife out of his pocket and threatened the group of kids with it. Charged with possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace, threatening and breach of probation is Brandon Simpson age 19 of 7 Cedar Crt. Heyden. He will appear in Bail Court on June 10.

On June 8, 2013 a male age 20 was arrested on outstanding warrants for failing to attend court when directed, assault X 3 and threatening death X 2. The accused will appear in WASH court (weekend and statutory holiday court) on June 9, 2013. The accused was arrested in the area of Albert Street and Alexandra Street.
On June 8, 2013 officers were patrolling in the area of Albert Street East and observed a female age 17 in the front yard of a residence. A check of the individual was done and it was found that there was an outstanding warrant for break and enter. The accused was arrested and charged accordingly. The accused will appear in court on July 9, 2013 at 09:30am.
