On June 2, 2015 an accused male age 43, allegedly assaulted his girlfriend at a local residence. The assault caused the victim to seek medical assistance. A check of the accused was completed and it was found that the accused was on court ordered condition on two separate probation orders. The accused was arrested on June 6, 2015 and charged with aggravated assault and breach of probation X 2. The accused will appear in WASH court (weekend and statutory holiday court) on June 7, 2015.
