On June 30, 2013 an arrest warrant was executed on a female accused Rosemary Pheasant, age 29 of 364 Albert Street West. The allegations are that the accused failed to abide by conditions of a Conditional Sentence Order stating that the accused was to report to her worker and to notify a change of address. The accused appeared in wash court (weekend and statutory holiday court) and was remanded to bail court on Tuesday July 2, 2013 at 10:00am.

On June 30, 2013 the accused entered the Bulk Barn at 41 Great Northern Road and allegedly selected several items and left the store without paying. After reviewing video surveillance the accused was located in the area of the Cambrian Mall. Police were contacted and through the diligent effort of a local business owner that followed the accused police were able to arrest the accused in 400 block of McNabb Street. The accused age 47 will appear in court on Monday the 29th day of July at 9:00.
