Mischief to fences in the 100 block of Arbor Drive and the 100 block of Arden Street were reported this morning. No estimate on the value was provided at this time.
Two windows in vehicles were reported broken in the 100 block of Bowker Street and the 700 block of Queen Street East this morning however nothing appeared to be missing.
This morning at 10:00am police received numerous calls regarding a bear in the area of Wallace Terrace and Korah Road. The bear eventually entered a wooded area off Wilding Avenue.
Earlier release:
24 year old Janet Hodgson of 217 Alexandra St. was arrested by City Police officers on June 22nd and charged with breaching a condition of her undertaking. She was on conditions not to consume alcohol and when Police were dealing with her it was determined she had been drinking. Miss Hodgson will be appearing in Provincial Court July 22nd.
