City police were kept fairly busy last night. They were called to a residence for a domestic dispute complaint. A female had suffered a nose injury. In addition to that assault, a 27-year-old man was also charged with unlawful confinement, 2 counts of sexual assault. The identity of the victim must be protected. The name of her assailant is also withheld by police so the victim is not identified.

Two 17-year-olds were apprehended by police and charged with trespassing by night, breach of recognizance, possession of stolen goods and theft under $5,000. They had also been drinking so liquor charges were added. Police suspect they were going through vehicles and stealing what they could.

An off-duty police officer observed a vehicle being driven erratically on the Second Line West last night around 10 o’clock. The driver bounced over a curb while pulling into a convenience store. Terry Vallee, age 37 of 184 Balfour, was arrested and charged with impaired driving, driving while disqualified, narcotic possession and breach of recognizance.
