40-year-old Kimberly Rickard of Tilley Rd. was arrested last night by City Police for impaired driving. A concerned motorist contacted Police after witnessing erratic driving by a vehicle in the Wellington West -St Georges Ave areas and provided Police with a plate and vehicle make. Officers were able to stop the vehicle on Willoughby Ave. and observed Ms. Rickard behind the wheel exhibiting signs of impairment. After being transported to the Police Station she refused the Intoxilizer test and was subsequently charged with failing to provide a suitable sample. She will be appearing in Provincial Court August 18.
