On the 21st of December 2014 at approximately 3:30 a.m., officers from Patrol Services attended a local address for a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed that a female had assaulted her common-law boyfriend by hitting him in the head area.

On the 21st of December 2014 at approximately 3:30 a.m., officers from Patrol Services attended a local address for a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed that a female had assaulted her common-law boyfriend by hitting him in the head area. Charged is a 26-year-old female for assault. She will appear in court on the 22nd of December 2014.

On December 21, 2014 at approximately 1:50 a.m., City Police were conducting a ride program at the corner of Wellington Street East and East Street.  A check of a vehicle revealed a female that appeared to have been drinking. A road side screening device was used and a fail registered. The accused was arrested and brought to the City Police Service.  It is alleged that the accused then was given a breath test and failed.  The accused was also found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana and codeine pills.  The accused Bobby-Jo Cote, age 44, stands charged with having care and control of a motor vehicle with more than .08 mg of alcohol in her blood and possession of a controlled substance x2.  The accused will appear in court on January 26, 2015 at 9 a.m.
